Cherchov again...

Just wondering...do I replace Achilles with Hermes?
Achilles has his advantages and so does Hermes.
But which of the two would suit me better?

Current squad:
Robin Hood (Lv.55 (Ren Count:2))
Achilles (Lv.50 (Ren Count:1))
Odysseus (Lv.50 (Ren Count:1))
Siren (Lv.43 (Ren Count:1))
Hecate (Lv.41) (Ren Count:1))

All equipment (except Horns and Books) are at green or better!

Any advice?
